Looking For The Right Foods To Help My ...

For Rheumatoid Arthritis patients, it is necessary to have a balance diet to maintain a normal weight in order to reduce burden on the joints. There are no scientific evidences that food has a role in the Rheumatoid Arthritis. But oranges and fish oil might reduce the pain and inflammation. But if you feel any food which worsen your condition or reduce the symptoms, you can decide by yourself  about its use. But food has no scientifically proven relation with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I have RA and have read so much about how food can make us worse. Evidently a lot of RA patients have allergies to corn, wheat, night vegetables like tomatoes ect,and by not eating these foods can take a lot of our symptoms away, and they found out that 80% that were tested also have a bad vitamin and mineral deficiency. It will be worth your while to look up on the computer the diet for RA and the vitamins. They have a lot of web sites to choose from, and most of the will confirm each other .Good Luck
